2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Submitting an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not guarantee a confirmed booking.

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required payment and confirmation from the relevant service provider.

• Customers must provide accurate passenger, guest, and travel-related information.

• PSG Tour & Travels will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by customers.

• Customers are advised to carefully review booking confirmations, travel dates, passenger names, hotel details, and other booking information.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices displayed on our website or shared through quotations are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

• Prices may vary depending on travel dates, seasonality, airline fares, hotel availability, currency fluctuations, taxes, and supplier pricing.

• Applicable taxes, convenience fees, service charges, and other additional costs will be communicated wherever applicable.

• Customers must make payments according to the payment schedule shared at the time of booking.

• Any pending balance must be cleared within the specified deadline.

• Failure to make payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation or loss of confirmed inventory, subject to supplier terms.

4. Flight Booking Terms

• Flight tickets are subject to the respective airline's fare rules and conditions.

• Baggage allowance, check-in requirements, meal preferences, seat selection, and other facilities are governed by airline policies.

• Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, aircraft, or cancel flights due to operational or other reasons.

• Cancellation, rescheduling, date changes, and name corrections are subject to airline rules and applicable charges.

• PSG Tour & Travels acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for airline operational decisions.

• Customers must check their flight timings and report at the airport within the airline's prescribed reporting time.

5. Hotel Booking Terms

• Hotel reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective property.

• Check-in and check-out timings are determined by individual hotels.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

• Hotel facilities, room categories, meal plans, and amenities are governed by the respective hotel's policies.

• Any additional expenses, including room service, minibar, damages, or personal expenses, must be paid directly by the customer.

• Hotel cancellation and modification rules will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Tour Package Terms

• Tour itineraries, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and activities are subject to availability and operational conditions.

• The sequence of sightseeing or activities may change due to weather, traffic, local conditions, or operational requirements.

• Any optional activities or services not included in the package cost will be charged separately.

• Customers must follow the instructions provided by tour managers, guides, drivers, and service providers.

• PSG Tour & Travels reserves the right to suggest suitable alternatives if a confirmed service becomes unavailable.

• Any additional expenses arising from changes requested by customers will be payable by the customers.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellations are subject to the applicable cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service providers.

• Cancellation charges and applicable service fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.

• Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for refunds except where required under applicable law or supplier rules.

• Refunds will be processed after confirmation of the eligible refundable amount from the relevant service provider.

• Eligible refunds will generally be initiated within 7–15 working days after approval and receipt of the refundable amount, wherever applicable.

8. Group and Corporate Bookings

• Group bookings, corporate travel, MICE events, conferences, and bulk reservations may have separate terms and conditions.

• Advance payments, minimum guaranteed numbers, payment deadlines, and cancellation charges will be mentioned in the respective quotation or agreement.

• Any changes in group size, event requirements, accommodation, or travel arrangements may affect the final pricing.

• Once services are confirmed with suppliers, cancellation or modification charges may apply.

• The terms mentioned in the signed quotation, booking confirmation, or service agreement will prevail for the respective booking, subject to applicable law.

9. Travel Documents and Visa Requirements

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their passports, visas, permits, and other travel documents are valid.

• International travellers must check the entry, transit, immigration, and health requirements of their destination countries.

• Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the concerned embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

• PSG Tour & Travels does not guarantee visa approval or entry into any country.

• Visa rejection, immigration refusal, or incomplete travel documentation may result in additional expenses or cancellation charges.

• Customers are advised to verify applicable travel requirements before departure.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide correct and complete personal and travel information.

• Make payments within the agreed timelines.

• Carry valid travel documents and identification.

• Follow airline, hotel, immigration, and local regulations.

• Respect local laws, customs, and safety instructions.

• Inform PSG Tour & Travels promptly about any booking discrepancies or special requirements.

11. Third-Party Service Providers

PSG Tour & Travels works with various third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, DMCs, transport companies, and payment gateways.

Such services are subject to the respective providers' terms, conditions, and operational policies.

PSG Tour & Travels will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with these providers and assist customers in resolving service-related concerns.

12. Force Majeure

PSG Tour & Travels shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failure to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather.

• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability.

• Government restrictions, travel bans, or regulatory changes.

• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies.

• Airline disruptions, airport closures, or transportation strikes.

• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In such situations, PSG Tour & Travels will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with alternative arrangements, subject to supplier policies and applicable laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from:

• Airline schedule changes or cancellations.

• Hotel service issues or operational failures.

• Delays caused by third-party transportation providers.
