Day Wise Itinerary

Upon arrival at Srinagar Flight/Train/Bus, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist with your transfer to Pahalgam, famously known as the “Valley of Shepherds.” The journey (around 3 hours) offers scenic views of saffron fields, apple orchards, and the Lidder River. Enroute, you may stop at the historic Awantipura Ruins. After reaching Pahalgam, check in to your hotel and spend the evening at leisure amidst pine valleys and riverside views. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Pahalgam.

After breakfast, Check out from the hotel explore the picturesque surroundings of Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari (accessible by Union Taxi at own cost). These valleys are famous for Bollywood film shoots, meadows, and adventure opportunities. Guests can also enjoy pony rides or short treks along the riverside. By afternoon, drive back to Srinagar and check in to your hotel. The evening is free for leisure or a casual stroll along the Dal Lake boulevard. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Srinagar.

Note:- Sightseeing of Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Baisaran Valley and Aru Valley are not included in our packages and can be done on direct payment basis from Taxi Union.

This morning after breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg, known as the “Meadow of Flowers” (about 2 hours drive). In Gulmarg, you can experience the world-famous Gondola ride (optional) which takes you up to Apharwat Peak, offering panoramic snow-clad mountain views. Depending on the season, activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and snow play can be enjoyed. You may also explore Maharani Temple, St. Mary’s Church, and the highest Golf Course in the world. By evening, return to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Sonamarg, the “Meadow of Gold,” located around 80 km from Srinagar. This valley is surrounded by snow-capped peaks and alpine meadows. Activities here include a pony ride to the Thajiwas Glacier, or a thrilling drive to Zero Point / Zoji La Pass (depending on weather, at own cost). Adventure lovers can also enjoy river rafting in the Sindh River during the summer months. In the evening, return to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Srinagar.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for a full-day Srinagar city tour. Visit the sacred Shankaracharya Temple, followed by the world-famous Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh (Garden of Joy), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), and Chashme Shahi (Royal Spring). Later, explore Burzahom Archaeological site, Pari Mahal, a historic monument offering panoramic views of Dal Lake and the city. You may also visit the revered Hazratbal Shrine. In the evening, enjoy a peaceful Shikara ride on Dal Lake, passing through floating gardens and markets. Afterwards, check in to a traditional houseboat for a memorable stay. Dinner and overnight will be at the houseboat.
